Hey y’all! I’m Ty the owner of Betty Jean’s Bakery and I love sweets to say the least.  Although I am completely self taught, I am a sweets connoisseur, and I know what tastes good.  I had a great grandmother that could bake with the best of em’ (Betty Crocker, who?) and a family full of brutally honest taste testers!

I’ve always been passionate about baking and it took no time for my home baking business to outgrow my home’s kitchen, and I decided to follow my dreams and quit my job in administration and pour all of my energy  into opening a bakery.  Each day I fall more in love with baking and being able to share my love of sweets!
